Whether guiding multi-generational family philanthropy, advising on donor-advised fund portfolios, or leading enterprise initiatives across 120+ corporate and institutional partners, I specialize in translating high-level vision into clear, results-driven strategy.

My expertise spans strategic grantmaking, executive and board facilitation, multi-stakeholder ecosystem alignment, and field and capacity building. I led pioneering empirical research studies on the charitable giving patterns of Houston women and Houston's Black donors. This broad experience and deep understanding of systems shapes everything I do and how I help individuals develop strategy and define impact.
